should i cut my nails off and start over ?

i love my nails so much , i've been growing them for about 6-7 months . these are my real natural nails 😭 i went out of town for a week and desperately needed to get my nails done . idk what my usual place does but they make my nails sooo strong and healthy . my nails always last 2-3 weeks . well , the place i went to out of town was horrible ! within a week the color was fading ! i had to repaint my own nails at home (i did a horrible job) bc i hate chipping nail polish so much ! then i broke THREE NAILS (broke my pinky on the other hand) in one day at work !!! at this point i'm just considering cutting them completely off and starting over .... the problem is i feel like i have man hands without my long nails 😭 help ?
