Zulily?

Has anyone ever ordered from Zulily? Husband and I are shopping around because we just finished the master bedroom and I saw this nice down alternative comforter on there and thought it was fake. I have one just this in our guest room that cost almost
100 dollars. is Zulily a good site or has anyone had any bad experiences with them?

I worked at Zulily. It was OKAY.................................sometimes the product wasn't handled with care but the quality is good. I am an Amazon mom!!! I love Amazon. Prices are wayyyyyy better than Zulily. If you haven't checked out Amazon for the same thing then I say do it! Good luck!

I used to purchase from Zulily fairly often. Initially, the quality of the products was pretty good, but at some point things went downhill. I started ordering things only when I knew the brand name (Disney, under armor, etc.) because that was about the only guarantee I would know what to expect as far as quality. I've seen several comments about the customer service being terrible. I actually had pretty good experiences. I always emailed them when things weren't as described or if things were broken, and they always refunded me. As far as delivery, it would take forever usually. There were several times when I ordered something and 2 months later I was wondering where it was and realized it never shipped after checking my credit card statement and seeing I had been refunded for the product.

I believe youre purchasing through  zulily as a 3rd party retailer..... so while some boutiques  (mini melissa, noodle  and boo , etc)  are higher quality, there are some cheaper places also. But shipping  takes a bit of time. I havent gotten anything  that wasnt perfect from there.

Just read specific reviews for what you're shopping for (rather than about the website itself). Bad reviews about a website as a whole are usually posted by people who are really outraged by the company where as the specific reviews for an item were asked to the purchaser by the company and if they have free time they'll tell you what the product was like. We ordered a desktop & it took about a month to come in. It ended up not even being the correct one . I called 4 times & they never fixed anything. We ended up keeping the one we had because there was nothing else we could do. 👎🏽

it takes a little longer to ship (they say that's how they keep their prices so low) buy I have also bought stuff from them and haven't had an issue

I've bought shoes from Zoolilly a couple of times and was very pleased.  I actually found Sketchers there before for literally half the price.  Not even Amazon had them that cheap!
