DETOX SYMPTOMS HELP?!?
Hey everyone! I have been very passionate about going vegan this past year - however, I am only ever able to last for a good 1-2 months, because the detox symptoms get soooo bad. Major headaches, extreme fatigue, irritability, feeling like I'm STARVING even when I just ate. I've honestly tried everything. I take vitamins, eat plenty of greens, and YES I am eating enough. Does anybody have any tips to deal with the detox symptoms (esp from sugar) THANK YOU! 💕✨
