Anyone else terrified of telling their family???

I come from a very strict catholic family and I am engaged but not married and I am beyond terrified to share the news with them! Any suggestions on how to cope with the anxiety and also how to break the news?! Trying my best not to stress out my little one! Six weeks exactly today!

Tell them it is the love of you and your fiancé starting a family and going through a journey together in life. Tell them you guys are ready and that you wouldn't of been trying If you weren't. Have confidence in yourself
