Is henna safe during pregnancy?🤔🤔🤔

Okay so this Saturday and next Saturday are my baby showers(had to have two huge families in two different locations) I am a huge fan and believer of HENNA, I have always had it on me for goodluck or a special event in my life. Ever since I became pregnant I haven't gotten it done I'm scared of the paste the use, I'll be 30weeks tomorrow I really didn't wanna call my GYN and bother him with this even though I do call him for the littlest things lol but still I came to you ladies first, any thoughts.
