How do you think your long term relationship really is with your man?

My relationship is evolving and doesn't fit into any of those boxes. Sometimes we have sex everyday, sometimes we go for a week or two without. Sometimes he's my best friend, sometimes he annoys the shit out of me. Sometimes we work perfectly as a team, sometimes we butt heads. We are very secure, and in love, and a family. The most important thing is no matter what happens, we always communicate.

My bf is my best friend and we have very sexually compatible. It took us being together 2 years for him to finally open up and show me that he really wants this relationship and he wants the same thing as me. Our relationship is growing stronger everyday.

We have a great sex life. And I don't mean it's great because we have sex often or because it's always amazing sex. Because it's not like that at all. I think our sex life is great because we aren't afraid to tell each other when we're too tired, sore, sick or just not feeling it. We both know that sometimes we just don't want to, at no fault to the other person.
We usually have sex 3-4 times a week but there have been times that we only had sex once or twice in a month because our schedules are crazy & we were too tired. 
And he's really my best friend. We were friends before we started having feelings for each other. When I first met him he had a girlfriend and I completely respected his relationship. We would only talk at work (we worked at the same place) and over text if it was work related. Once they broke up (he found out she was cheating) we talked more often but we didn't start flirting for a couple months after. We started flirting & after a few months I admitted I had a crush on him & he said he liked me too. We took it slow, we continued talking & just kinda hanging out (not dates or anything- just went out with mutual friends) and after a few more months we started dating. And I think because we moved slow it made our relationship better. Now I can tell him anything, there's no jealousy. He has friends & his job and I've got friends outside of our mutual. We don't spend every moment together, but we make time for each other when the other asks. We have great communication & we have a lot of fun together. We're now starting a family & we both know what the other wants in the future. We're completely in sync, though some days he makes me want to pull my hair out & I make him want to strangle me. (It's a joke, he's never laid a hand on me or been "abusive" in any way). 
We're completely perfect for each other in the most simple way 😊💕😍
