Bloody show/ mucus plug⁉️⁉️

I went in for an NST and check today. I was having contractions so they did a cervix check and baby is low and I'm almost an inch dilated (doctor could almost get his finger in there.) I go eat, walk, and go home. I go pee and wipe and this slimy reddish brownish discharge comes out. It was quite a bit. I have had 4 cervix checks before this one and have never had this much blood with slim. I have spotted pink a little but nothing like this. Could that be my bloody show/ mucus plug??
