Insecure
I'm a average girl, I weigh 144.5 and im 5"3 
I have really bad bulimia, for some of you who MAY not know, bulimia is a illness that I have which you make yourself throw up every time you eat.
My boyfriend pointed out one day that I don't ever have sex with him outside of the blanket.
"Honey, I've noticed since we've started having sex you either don't take off all your clothes (bra) or you stay under the blanket."
I don't know how to tell him that I'm majorly insecure.
I've posted a picture below of my body waist down boobs down, of which I'm most insecure about.
My butt and legs and my waist.
How do I explain to him all this?
