Bf while pregnant!?

Question

I'm currently bf my 10mo old baby girl, I'm very grateful that she's a wonderful feeder and I love the bond. I plan on bf her as long as I can.. but hubby wants another baby soon...we want the babies close together.... can you breastfeed while pregnant? Just curious if this is at all possible and if some of these mommies on here has had any experience with the two? First time mom here so sorry if this is a stupid question.

I got pregnant when baby #1 was 9 months old and exclusively breastfed. my supply did start to drop around 16 weeks of pregnancy. my nipples also became unbearably sore to the point where i could no longer breastfeed when baby #1 was 11.5 months old. at that point baby #1 was eating almost all solid foods. so we made the transition to whole milk no problem. baby #1 definitely loves cuddle time with mommy since i stopped breastfeeding. I wish i could have breastfed longer but I'm happy with my decisions. in the future I definitely want to wait until I'm ready to be done. breastfeeding before i get pregnant again. i did have some emotional nights when my supply started to drop

I'm 10 weeks along and breastfeeding a toddler. It's totally doable. So far the only hard part has been sore nipples, but it's not that bad. I'm not sure if we will keep going or if I will try to wean him before the baby comes. Breastfeeding two kids sounds like a lot of work!
