preparing for c section
What can I do to prepare at home for after a c section? And what should I get or bring to the hospital to help? I had an emergency csection with my first and was not prepared at all. It's been five years and I do not remember much about what was helpful since I was on so much medication and so exhausted after laboring for 3 days. Any suggestions help!
