Can babies/kids sense pregnancy?

I'm a little over 4 weeks pregnant and for the last week my 10mo son has been so clingy it's driving me crazy! I have to pry him off me to give him to the sitter, if I leave his sight he freaks out and comes crawling to find me. I can't do anything without having to hold him. I love his cuddles but I'm starting to feel a little suffocated. Anyone else experiencing this???

Yes!!! My daughter (9 months) has been the same way! I read that sometimes that is some women's first "symptom! Their youngest getting overly attched

My 5 year old & 3 year old boys have been very clingy lately. Especially my 3 year old, he cries when I drop him off for daycare and I have to pry him off of me! This all started a month ago.

I totally think children can sense it. My SO has a 3 year old, she'll be 4 next month. She's been VERY clingy to me. We've always had a great bond, but the last 2 weeks have been insane. I can't even go to the washroom without her wanting to come in. She's normally very independent, wants to do everything by herself and tell you she's a big girl... but lately, she says she's a baby too. She was playing with her toys over the weekend & kept saying her new baby bother and sister.... 😳 For my mental sake I pray she's incorrect. Lol. I love her more than words can explain. I'm always so happy to have her cuddles! She stopped taking naps since early spring, but as of this weekend looks like I got my nap buddy back! Every time I get exhausted and lye down, she right there snuggled next to me. Daddy is VERY jealous right now. Lol His princess wants nothing to do with him, unless he says the magic words "want to go to the park"! 😜🤗🤰🏽👧🏽👨🏽

This would explain why my 5 yo is an absolute brat lately 😂 he has been begging for my attention since right before I found out. Usually he's a pretty independent kid. I'm hoping he straightens out once I tell him, and he can be more involved in the pregnancy.

My sister said she wanted a baby the day before I found out I was pregnant.. so i say yes and she been actin like a baby for a week or so now..

I honestly believe they can sense it my 2 year old has been rubbing my belly saying baby baby the last three weeks she started before I got my bfp.
