Wear some sexy lingerie or no bra and no underwear, makes it go a little faster and to initiate, could rub him/her down below while kissing, whisper in his/her ear saying how bad you want it, tell him/her  how sexy, beautiful, handsome they are... Could always sit on top of him/her kind of grind on them and make out, kiss him/her neck, lick it, bite their lip... There's some ideas lol
