Confused had a leep procedure, but when I had the surgery he said my cirvex Was fine no abnormal cells ?? So then what happen ?

So I went to my annual and it came back abnormal, so I got the following testing done came back abnormal so she said I had precancerous cells stage 2 and I should get surgery. She also prescribed antibiotics.. 2 months after that I went to see another doctor he went off the paper work and stuff she gave me he said I would need surgery asap. I had the leep procedure done on July 18 and he cut out the precancerous cells where it was showing and he did testing he said the test came back to I didn't have anything. He said my body fought it or he doesn't know.. so I'm confused like where they just trying to make money off the insurance ? I'm mad because I I wanted to try and have a baby this fall do you guys think everything will be okay if I got pregnant ?
