Can i sleep/lay on my stomach at 6 weeks?

Its the only way i can sleep, andvi havent been able too lately cause my mom told me that laying on the stomach this early could cause miss carriage.... help
Laying on my sides or back makes me sick :(

go for it, I slept pretty much non stop on my stomach until 20/22 weeks, no matter what position I laid down in  I woke up on my stomach. still now at 34 weeks I'm waking up on my stomach. Dr doesn't have a problem with it, said just try to avoid your back for long periods of time further into the pregnancy you go.

you can lay on your stomach as long as it's comfortable I slept on my stomach until I was almost 25 weeks pregnant.....

You can sleep any way you feel comfortable. Your body will tell you when you can't sleep a certain way anymore.

after I think 28 weeks youre not supposed to sleep on your back though..... that can cut off the artery that supllies blood and oxygen to your baby but that's it....
