Getting rid of cysts

Shelbie • Wed, Aug 16 • TTC first for 6 years and miscarried at 7 1/2 weeks with twins. 3 months progesterone only. 5 timed intercourse cycles, 3 IUI cycles, 9 timed intercourse with trigger shot. All fails! Have till September to conceive on our own then we are onto IVF

We have been doing femara/letrizole for 6 months now and just had the scan at the beginning of my cycle. Now cd 20. Had a cyst on my left ovary that was 33cm. Sent me on my merry way and said "see you when you start next month". fairly certain that not only has the cyst not gone away, but that I have more cysts. Wondering what the dr had you do as our dr isn't very proactive. (Or reActive really) and needing some ideas to research to take to him for options.
