nail ideas?

So I'm lucky to have long nails that are my own nails, I hate the fake idea and them being ripped off
I'm fine painting my own so never go to salon but finding nail varnish that actually sticks and stays longer than 24 hours is nightmare 
any brands that really stick and don't chip so easily?
I don't really like the uv stuff
Brighter colour range the better!

Any polish will work just fine if you use a base and top coat. And prep your nails properly before painting them. So file and shape them, buff them, dehydrate them, and then you can paint your nails. Been doing it this way for years (thanks to YouTube) and my manicures last two or more weeks. I never use expensive nail polish. I love Sinful Colors, Salon Perfect, OPI, Orly, China Glaze, and Finger Paints. All drugstore brands.

Go to live love polish (.com), the polish is more expensive but they're all amazing brands that'll last me a week or more per manicure! Love the England brand.
