Let me give you a little back story. I'm 26 with a almost 8 year old little girl from a previous relationship. July of 2016 I was hospitalized for 4 days with no answers of why I was hurting on my right side. October 8th 2016 I married my soulmate. March of 2017 I found out that I have ruptured a cyst on my right ovary and I had to have emergency surgery to remove the right ovary and tube. During surgery it was discovered that I have endometriosis. Since then we have been ttc with no luck. Anyways I'm wondering if anyone had any advice on what I could to do to help my chances of conceiving? Thanks.
