Prayers Please

I have been spotting and having cramps. We did an ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound yesterday and the tech couldn't see anything besides the thickening of my uterus lining. we are hoping its still just early (lmp was July 2nd so I would be 6 + 3). We did a blood draw Monday and one today to see if my HCG is doubling. Still waiting on results. I'm so scared to lose this baby. Please say an extra prayer for me and baby. Thanks. Pic for attention.
