Anyone else craving anal sex/double penetration?

So I'm almost 35 weeks pregnant and seriously craving anal sex and double penetration and my dildo and butt plug are too small to satisfy so I used a plastic bottle as a dildo for my kitty kat and my dildo for my back door and it was the only way I could feel a bit satisfied but b/c the plastic bottle is the biggest thing I ever put in me, I think a tore a bit b/c I bled a bit afterwards. I'm feeling really guilty for using a large object while pregnant but my oh my am I insatiable! Please tell me I'm not the only freak!!
