Are baby dopplers safe to use and worth it ?

Im 17 weeks now but i was always curious. I mean i know my baby will start kicking soon but just wondering. With all the radiation or high frequency

My dr told me the only risk to using it would be causing yourself stress if you can't find the heartbeat right away

ultrasounds don't even use radiation. It's all just different sound waves. You get higher doses of sound waves being at a concert. XRays and MRIs use radiation, that's why you shouldn't get them while pregnant. Ultrasounds and Doppler's are totally safe, that's why your doctor uses them

It's not like you'll have the thing on your belly for hours everyday so it's fine! I bought one for before I could feel movement and since I've been feeling my little girl everyday I haven't even used it.
