Ok, so I know a huge amount of people talk about achey boobs being a sign of pregnancy but could non-achey boobs be a sign?!

I normally get really achey boobs just after I ovulate... now I'm 7DPO and 6days to go until AF is due and my boobs aren't aching! Anyone had non aching boobs as a symptom before????????!

Also, I have a dull, heavy ache in my lower belly and lower back which I normally get before AF.

When people have had cramping that turns out to be pregnancy cramps, did they still get them in their backs??? Or is back cramp more of a period cramp????
