Had my first (early) U/S today...

So according to Glow, I am 6w3d today with a due date of 4/8. My midwife had me schedule this U/S to get an EDD. The tech did my tummy first then the vaginal one afterwards. She was taking a while, clicking away and not saying anything. Then she asks, "has anyone said anything to you about fibroids?". Um, no ma'am! I asked her how many I had and she said I have 3. I didn't ask anything after that. I'm scared. Could they be why I had 3 miscarriages in a row. I got to see "Bow", the yolk sac, and the little heart fluttering (at 101 bpm)! She told me that normal range is between 120-180, and it's a little low because it probably just started beating. She also said that "Bow" was measuring 5w6d and my due date is 4/12, which is only 4 days off. I am going to try not to freak out and worry. Hoping my new diagnosis doesn't affect baby.
