TTC #4

Last week was my fertile window with Thursday being my most fertile day. This is my first month with a plan for TTC. I have 3 kids we're trying for our final kid so I'm new to the whole ovulation tracking and when my egg will drop process. If I'm understanding this correctly I think that since Thursday was my most fertile day I either ovulated that day or the next? Correct? Well we had sex twice Wednesday and once Friday nothing on Thursday because I'm trying to increase the possibility of conceiving a girl. But now for the last 2-3 days I'm experiencing moderate cramping. My period is not due until next Thursday. Do you think this is this an early sign of menstruation?
