How do you keep it from spilling?

Okay ladies how do you keep your SO semen for spilling out while TTC. Once my husband and I are done BD it all comes out!! I'm beginning to think that's why I'm not getting pregnant. Everything comes out 😩

No...sperm gets where it needs to in seconds. Whatever spills out is semen, a transporter fluid for sperm. If you're not getting pregnant it isn't because that's spilling out. There's no reason to keep that in. Just clean up and go about your day. Conceiving is all about timing...you may not be having sex at the right time or one of you may have fertility issues. Average healthy couples take up to a year to conceive naturally and sometimes longer. Baby dust!

well as far as for myself I was putting my legs up in the air with a pillow underneath my butt to prop up my hips... it worked for me... doesn't hurt to try
