if I move around too much can it cause my episiotomy stitches to bleed!?

I had my son on July 23 and now I'm worried about moving around too much. I'm worried that I'm moving around too soon and that I might have opened up my stitches. Is that possible and I tried to call my OB but it's after hours and it's not a lot of blood. I'm still concerned.

Most likely most of your stitches are gone or almost gone by now. I had my daughter on Wednesday July 19 and went and saw my OB the following Monday and most of mine were gone. I tore in 3 different places too.

It's probably just vaginal bleeding. That comes and goes for awhile after birth and more movement can speed up the flow.
