Jogging while pregnant

I was working out a few months before I got pregnant and I don't plan on stopping now. My instructor has already modified my workouts. Most of it is strength training light weights resistance bands, I was never really a "runner" we do run a lap or two during our workouts but I always jogged it before and now I just fast walk. Im wondering since I really want to not gain as much weigh as I did with my son, if it's ok to start jogging ? I know my body needs more cardio. Any advise ? I'm 10 weeks
