Ok so I am suppose to be getting my flow in 7days (Praying to everything above that I don't) But today I started with some very light cramping, and my undies have small spots that look like blood. I usually feel this way like the day before my flow starts, by in 34yrs of my life I have never had small spots in my undies. Could this be implementation bleeding? Not exactly sure. Last time I had a baby was 12yrs ago and I am sure I was not that aware of all of my bodies changes. Please help
