16yr old daughter and extremely heavy periods
My daughter is going through super plus tampons every 2 hours or so and sometimes needs a pad as well for the first 3-4 days of her period. It's probably been this way the last 3 months or so. Any other moms out there have any advice for this. No she's not sexually active.
