Phantom smells anyone?

I have no idea what is going on but the past few weeks I catch very clear gusts of random smells. Smells I know aren't from my home. The first was strawberry jam. It was such a strong smell it sent me into a flashback of making jams with my mom as a kid. Then the other night I'm laying in bed getting comfortable and I get a starch contrast to my clean sheets, freshly baked bread. And now every once in a while if I exhale, mostly through my nose, I smell ash. Almost smoke. I don't smoke and my SO never smells these smells. Weird? Could this be pregnancy related? Anyone have anything like this?
