Mine weren't so much cramps. I would describe it more as a sharp, quick pain. I've heard people call it implantation lightning, and that is a good way to describe it. I also had an aching in my left ovary area. I think this is because of the cyst that forms on the ovary to assist with progesterone.

I was having weird cramps on my right side for a couple days and I kept saying "my right Ovary hurts" at work. Sure enough I took several tests a few days later and got big ol positives.

Thought i was gunna start my period cause i had cramps for about a week even went and got some pamprin and then got a bfp a week or so later!

Mine was intense lower back pain, enough to wake up in the middle of the night. Had slight pinkish discharge later that day and tested positive two days later.
