Guys I'm seriously terrified to give birth. I'm terrified of my water breaking I'm terrified of the contractions the epidural all of it! I'm so scared that whenever I think about it my whole body tightens up I can't breath I cry and I get goose bumps. I honest to god think I'm going to have a heart attack, like being scared is going to kill me before I even meet my child. I'm fucking horrified... I don't think I can do this I'm really freaking out ... 77 days left 😭😭😭😭😭 anything help you guys with anxiety and panic attacks before labor
