I am 4w 4d and I spotted at 8DPO and then got a very obvious positive on 15DPO (yesterday) well this morning while I was having a BM i wiped and it was a big streak of blood. I had a MC in December and I spotted for 10 days before i miscarried.

Unfortunately the soonest they can see me is Friday so I went to work. I do nothing but stand at work and by my 4th hour I felt like cramps and back ache, I couldn't tell if it was normal work pains or something was happening pains. I sat down for 30 minutes and then it went away.

I did wipe a little more darker brown blood but no new streaks of red. And again towards the end of my shift the back ache started again.

I am terrified. I've been a mess. I can't go through this again.

Has anybody gone through the same thing and been ok?

I work again tomorrow and I can't decide if I should call out to rest.

I've been doing nothing but praying all day so extra prayers would help
