Light spotting for a week

My period according to <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> was supposed to start 4 days ago but a few days before that I started spotting brown and pink. It hasn't been enough to wear a tampon or pad. Should I be worried? Should I take a test?
