I haven't gotten my period since around the beginning of February and like i know i can't be pregnant, because id be showing by now. But, any tips on what might be happening?

I have soar breast all the time.

I have weird stomach pains, especially when i lay on it.

I get heart burn a lot more then what i used to.

Im more tired then usual and lazy. Like i have no energy

I dont throw up, but i do feel like i need to puke.

Like three weeks ago, i woke up and went to the bathroom and i thought i might have finally gotten my period because when i wiped there was blood, but i never bled after that. I dont know if thats considered spotting but thats the only type of bleeding ive done in the last 7 months.

And all pregnancy tests that i take, come up negative.
