I hold urine 3-4 hours and test at 10am and again at 2pm. If I'm getting near positives I will test again around 6-8pm. My OB told me to use this method and it worked with my DD. I tape my strips to a paper and date/time them. Don't be afraid to test more than twice a day. It ensures you won't miss your surge. I wish you the best! 💕💙

Do not use your first morning urine to test. LH is not produce by your body while you sleep, you need to use your second pee of the day around 10a-noon so your body has time to start producing the hormone and getting it to your urine. Good luck!

Glow is notorious for getting fertile windows wrong.  I'd start testing OPKs 2x/day since you do have two lines showing, just so you don't miss your positive.  Once you do get a positive you'll most likely ovulate within 12-36 hrs.  Make sure you track BBT so you can see when you get a temp shift to verify you ovulated!  Good luck!
