So, in the last year or so I've been having some symptoms that I think may be abnormal with my period. I've been relatively sexually active this year-but I've noticed some things are odd. For example, when on my period, it seriously hurts to pee. Not a burn, but like a throbbing. I've also noticed intense cramps, including during and after sex. Sometimes it hurts like absolute shit. Sometimes not at all. Also, I noticed that after orgasms specifically I get this intense cramping feeling? It makes sex/masturbation completely unenjoyable sometimes. I also have intense lower back pain. I know this is a common pms symptom, but it feels like maybe it's worse than it should be? I also used to bleed intensely every time I would have sex. Not on my period, just any time. Also sometimes my periods are super irregular? They will be regular for a few months and then- boom! My period is a week or two late. Do these symptoms sound like endometriosis? Or am I just being dramatic? I've been doing some research on endo and it seems pretty accurate. Any help would be super appreciated. Just wondering how concerned I should be. I have a gyno appointment soon and I was thinking about mentioning endo to my gynecologist.
