How many times does your little poop ?

My daughter is 7 weeks old and only poops one time daily is that normal ? I breastfeed and also give formula to her she takes no more than 3 oz per feeding of formula. Is it normal for her to only go one time a day ? How many times are your babies pooping?

From week 0-5 we strictly breastfed. I had to suppliment 2-4oz of formula a day during week 5-7.5. While feeding with supplimented formula, my daughter had a dirty diaper every few days (completely normal). Since getting off formula, she finally went poop a week later. It's completely normal for breastfed babies (digests easier, more water than substance) to go a number of days without poop at this time and formula fed (longer to digest, more substance than water) babies can have more frequent stools. With doing a little bit of both, it's like a happy medium in the baby poops world. Just keep an eye on color and consistency and call your pediatrician if you have any concerns! 😊 I just saw my LC today so the info is fresh!

My LO only poops every other day, my HV told me not to worry this can be normal, as long as she is doing lots of wet nappies.

My daughter goes about every 4 days. She is breastfeed with maybe a little formula at night if she's having a hard time falling asleep. But I also go about every 4 days so don't know if that's just something I passed on. Sorry for the tmi haha
