Hi, I'm 23w5d ftm and for the last 4 nights I've woken up in the middle of the night and in the morning with bad chest pain that makes it hurt to breathe. I am pretty sure it's coming from my left shoulder blade and radiating through my chest. I am a side sleeper (mostly right) and I can't find a comfortable position once this starts. I sleep with a bra on (heavier boobs) and have used a pillow to support my belly and align my hips but it's not helping 😩. Anyone else experience this? I still have many weeks to go and I can't sleep anymore! The strange thing is once I am up within about 30 mins the pain goes away and I'm fine all day.
