Recommend pregnancy DVDs

Hi ladies!

It's been a few weeks. I really wanted to share these wonderful DVDs I bought from Amazon with everyone. One is Pilates, 5 segments,10 mins each. The other is Barre, 4 segments, 20 mins each.

I had never done Pilates or Barre before. I was very skeptical when I bought them. But boy best investment in workout DVDs for me.

I'm not a yoga person. Have tried before pregnancy but for me it was too much clearing my mind and stretch which I'm not good at. This pregnancy Pilates is much more movement oriented to help stretching. The Barre actually tones.

I'm a cardio gal. Don't do strength training much. I use these to supplement my cardio workout at the gym. I find the Pilates one very relaxing. It helps with my back pain. The Barre could get a little challenging depends on where your fitness level is at. But totally manageable for all sorts of levels.

I use 2lb hand weights. Both asked for 1-4 lb weights.
