lh strip showing lines at 8dpo

my question is should an LH be showing 2 lines at 8 days post ovulation? when I started tested during the beginning of my cycle about 7 days before ovulation there was only a single line . and got darker towards ovulation and finally a positive .. my question is .. at 8 dpo should there be a second line .. with this much noticible dye.. thank you
