Best double strollers? 2 under 2! Help!

So I'm having my 4th in November.   Our 3rd will be 15 months old.  (We also have a 9 and 13 year old). I've been looking into graco options and the contours elite tandem strollers.   Any opinions?  The graco duo seems to have many bad review and is quiet heavy.  Also size of child was a complaint.  My son now is 32in and 30 lbs so big and tall boy.

I got the Joovy Ultralight Caboose. It's a sit or stand one with the option of purchasing an actual seat base for the older child depending on their age and maturity. My son is 3, 42lbs and 45in tall and it works great for him and will be perfect for once baby comes in October.

I am about to have my third girl and I just got the Contours options elite stroller. My two youngest will be 16 months apart. I haven't used it yet but it did have really great reviews. I love how the seats are able to be arranged in different positions and the sun shade is big enough to cover. It also has a big storage basket that is easily accessible even when your kids are in the stroller and the seats both lay down flat. I did lots of research on double strollers. This model is lighter than the original Contours options stroller. Can't wait to use it!
