I'm thinking of having a water birth. I want to try what ever possible to make myself somewhat comfortable; so that I can have a natural birth. Do not want to give in to having an epidural. I'm terrified of having to deal with worse back pain than I already have. Due to my work it puts a lot of stress on my back; to add the after effects of an epidural will only worsen the back pain. If anyone has had a water birth. I ask how was the experience; and what are the risk factors??
