tricks for increasing milk supply? 🤔

hey mommies, my son start daycare in one month and i'm acutally breastfeeding and still want him to have my milk in bottle at daycare. i started pumping to make a stack in my freezer but i realize i dont pump as much as i use to pump. 🙁 when Justin was 3 months i use to pump every morning and get at least 8oz. now i have shortly 4oz. ☹ any tricks to boost my milk supply? baby is fed on demand.

so I was having problems with my milk supply too. I started taking fenugreek and it seemed to work but I hated it because my blood sugar would drop 😑 but then my babysitter suggested this powder called Z!NT collagen she started taking it for her skin,nails, and hair but  she said it also increased her milk supply to the point that she was leaking! anyways she's been breastfeeding for two years now! I tried it and it really does work along with Z!NT I also doubled my pumping from twice on work days to four times. it's a lot of work but I'm so happy that I'm able to avoid formula 😃

Your supply has regulated now so it's harder to pump. I used the honest company Lactation Plus. I think it really worked.
