Doooo they check your cervix?

So just wondering if there was a certain time that on your doctor visits when pregnant that they start checking your cervix? I still have 9 1/2 weeks, but it'd be nice to know if I'm getting close?

Mine doesn't check until 38 weeks

They will probably check around 36-37 weeks depending on your doctor. Could be later. I think 30 weeks is too soon to check unless you're having pre-labor symptoms.

My doctor didnt check until it was my due date they didnt want to check me too often flr rusk of infection idk if other doctors do that but mine did and its pretty smart because my moms friends daughter was continuously checked and she caught an infection and ended up having a c section

Mine start at 36 weeks. But you can ask your doctor to check early. I did bc I was having a lot of contractions and I was still closed. I'm 36 weeks and one centimeter and soft.

Usually around 36-38 weeks, if they do cervical checks at all - some doctor's don't.
