I used Glow as an easy way to check in with my cycle. I new when I was ovulationg and when to expect a period without having to count, or remember or be completely obsessed with the date. It also came in handy at the doctors office when they asked, "when was the first day of your last period?" I just whiped out my phone and had the answer.
