Concussion??

I hit my head pretty hard on the door of my car Tuesday afternoon. It hurt for about 10 min but the pain subsided. Last night around 7pm I started to get a really bad tension headache, mostly in the back of my head and on the right side (which is the side I hit my head on). I've noticed that I'm really dizzy upon standing as well but that could be from a million different things as I think I'm a bit congested as well. I feel kind of tired and weird overall. I've never had a concussion before so I wouldn't know whether this is just a normal tension headache or something serious. Tylenol extra strength last night helped a tiny bit and advil this morning took the edge off. I'm not sensitive to lights or screens as far as I know. I'm out of town so my only option is an urgent care center. Help? :/
