I've read so many different things but want opinions! I've had all sorts of symptoms for the last 2 weeks that aren't normal for my period (extreme bloating, nausea, hot flashes, appetite changes) and spotting a week before my period is due. I understand the symptoms can just be PMS but is spotting that early normal or could it be implantation bleeding? It's never happened before.
