Braxton hicks?

37+2  I'm getting period like pains and back ache. Like I need to click my back. Not sure if this is braxton hicks or just me needing to rest more haha. My friend seems to think it is but I havnt been getting the tight tummy feeling...?

I told my midwife and she said they are practice contractions. They are real once they are consistent

Having the same issue. Was told by my ob to drink more fluids and that if i get 5 or more in one hour to go to the hospital.

Braxton Hicks contractions are tightening of the tummy. These could potentially be real contractions, you should call your OB.
