For those having scans before 12 weeks, are these dating scans, or did the doctor give u a referral for one before 12 weeks? This week I went back to my doctor for my blood work results ( all healthy just need to up my vitamin d ) but she didn't even get my hcg levels checked, & just gave me a referral for a 11-14 week scan and a 9-14 week blood test - which is checking for early down syndrome, neural tube defects etc: i asked do i get a scan before 12 weeks and she said no as i know my LMP... 🙄 first time going to this doctor,but just feel like its going to be a long 4-5 week wait...
