My 2 Week old son has a rash. It started out only on his chin and we asked the doctor about it while at one of our appointments and they said it could be anything, from the formula, heat, or something else because he is new.

Now it has spread across his face and I wanted to ask and see others opinions. Do you think this is something I should be concerned about? is this just something common that happens to newborns? This is my first child and I am concerned.
